This is the itinerary for 4days and 3nights vacation which includes Tarangire National Park and Lake Manyara National Park. The itinerary is as follows;

Day 01, (Arrival)

Guide will be available at the airport to greet and pick you all up from Kilimanjaro International airport (JRO), and drive to the hotel at Kilimanjaro. The drive will be of 1hr 10mins, covering a distance of 44kms. Arrive at Kilimanjaro region in (bed and breakfast) accommodation we check in, and rest/relax and spend the night after long flight.

Day 02, Tarangire National Park;

Driver/guide will arrive at the accommodation at Kilimanjaro around 6:00 a.m, where he will be waiting for you to freshen up and have breakfast. After breakfast, driver/ guide will brief you about the safari and aid in putting all your belongings, to the safari cruiser ready for drive to Tarangire. The drive will start at 7:30 a.m. When we arrive at Tarangire, driver/guide will check in at the park Sangaiwe gate and immediately begin our game drive and viewing around the park. Tarangire is blessed with lots of giant baobab trees (which are famous for living up to 600 years and can store up to 900ltrs of water enabling them to survive dry seasons), big elephants (tuskers) and many other wild animals. During the afternoon around 12:00 p.m driver/guide will find a soothing spot to serve you hot lunch, it will be at the Tarangire river view point (picnic site) and after lunch break we continue with game drive until late evening around 3:00 p.m where you will exiting the park or stay at the park and drive to accommodation (Full Board) and freshen up, have dinner and spend the night. 

Day 03, Drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area and Crater Authority;

Wake up early in the morning around 7:00 a.m, freshen up and have breakfast at accommodation. After breakfast we load up all our belongings to safari cruiser ready for drive to Ngorongoro at 8:00 a.m. The Ngorongoro Crater is the largest un-flooded and un-broken caldera in the world. At approximately 20 kilometers across and 600 meters deep, the Ngorongoro Crater is a breath-taking natural wonder. Ngorongoro Crater is unique in that almost all the wildlife lives within the crater walls; hence you have the opportunity to find the game easily. Ngorongoro Conservation Area gate known as Loduare, driver will check in and immediately proceed with game drive. To make the most of our day exploring the crater, where black rhino, in particular, can be seen regularly, as well as the pride of lion and other predators like the cheetah. We have lunch at the conservation around 12:00 p.m, at the picnic area known as Hippo’s pool, while viewing the hippos. After lunch break we do afternoon game drive. This will be until evening 4:30 pm, where we will either exit the park or stay in the park and drive to the accommodation (full board) for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 04, Lake Manyara National Park;

We wake up at Lodge 7:00a.m freshen up and have breakfast. After breakfast 8:00 a.m we load up all our belongings into the safari cruiser ready for drive to Lake Manyara National Park around 8:00 am. Arrive at Lake Manyara National Park gate we check in and immediately proceed with game drive. Where Manyara is famous for tree climbing lions, pink flamingos, hippos and also there is a hot spring. Other wild animals are plenty in supply. We will have early hot picnic lunch around 12:00 p.m at the park and a little break. Proceed with game drive until late afternoon where we will be exiting the park and drive to Kilimanjaro international airport for flight back home.

Note: Day 04, This is the last day of the tour program, time taken for the activities (game viewing, picnic lunch and little break) will be done under the consideration of the flights schedule or other (client’s private) schedules.

The Safari Cost includes;

• Park entry charges.
• Conservation entry charges and crater entry fee.
• A 4×4 land cruiser with pop up roof, fridge and radio
• Accommodation upon arrival (bed and breakfast) and during safari (full board)
• English Speaking and well experienced Driver/Guide.
• All meals and mineral water during safari.
• Government taxes

Safari Cost Excludes;

• Tipping for your driver/guide, as gratitude towards the best service he has provided. The recommended is approximately USD$30, per day so as to motivate the guide knowing that his art is noticed. The tip will motivate the guide and even making him add spice on the safari, making the safari experience memorable. The amount is divided between everyone (clients) in the safari cruiser
• Drinks like alcoholic i.e beer or spirits.
• Vaccinations.
• Spending money on gifts/ souvenir
