This is the itinerary for 5days and 4 nights vacation which includes visit to the following areas; Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Conservation Area with Crater game drives. The itinerary is as follows;

Day 01, Arrival day;

Guide will be available at the airport to greet and pick you all up from Kilimanjaro International airport (JRO), and drive to accomodation at Kilimanjaro. The drive will be of 1hr 10mins, covering a distance of 44kms. Arrive at Kilimanjaro region in (bed and breakfast) accommodation we check in, and rest/relax and spend the night after long flight.

Day 02, Tarangire National Park;

Driver/guide will arrive at the accommodation at Kilimanjaro around 6:00 a.m, where he will be waiting for you to freshen up and have breakfast. After breakfast, driver/ guide will brief you about the safari and aid in putting all your belongings, to the safari cruiser ready for drive to Tarangire and the drive will start at 7:30 a.m. When we arrive at Tarangire, driver/guide will check in at the park gate (Sangaiwe gate) and immediately begin our game drive and viewing around the park. Tarangire is blessed with lots of giant baobab trees (which are famous for living up to 600 years and can store up to 900ltrs of water enabling them to survive dry seasons), big elephants (tuskers) and many other wild animals. During the afternoon around 12:00 p.m driver/guide will find a soothing spot to serve you hot lunch, it will be at the Tarangire river view point (picnic site) and after lunch break we continue with game drive until late evening around 3:00 p.m. Where we will be exiting the park or stay at the park and drive to accommodation (Full Board) and freshen up, have dinner and spend the night.

Day 03, Serengeti National Park;

We wake up early in morning at 6:00 a.m, freshen up and we have breakfast. After breakfast we grab our belongings and load them up the safari cruiser. We leave at 7:30 a.m and drive to Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Where we will arrive at conservation gate known as Naabi and check in at the park ready for game drive and game viewing. We will have game drive until lunch time during mid-day around 12:00 p.m, where driver will find soothing spot to rest and to have lunch. After lunch break we then proceed to game drive until late evening where we will be enjoying sunset game drive. Then around 4:30 pm, we will be driving to the accommodation (full board) for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 04, Serengeti National Park;

We wake up early at 6:00 a.m and freshen up, after we are fully awake and ready. We then have breakfast at the accommodation and some briefing concerning the day. After breakfast we grab cameras and hot lunch, and then we go for game drive at 7:30 am. We continue with game drive until afternoon at 12:00 p.m where we drive to picnic site for lunch break. After lunch break we proceed to game drive until late evening where we will be enjoying sunset game drive. Then around 4:00 pm we will be driving to accommodation (full board) for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 05, Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority and Ngorongoro Crater;

Wake up at the accommodation, freshen up and have breakfast. Right after breakfast we grab our belongings load them up the safari cruiser and start drive to Ngorongoro Area at 8:00 a.m. We arrive at Ngorongoro Conservation Area’s gate (Loduare), guide will check in and proceed with game drive and game viewing. We then enter into the Ngorongoro Crater for more game drive and good views. We will be having our picnic lunch at the conservation around 12:00 p.m. After the lunch break, proceed with game drive until late afternoon at 3:00 p.m. Where we will be exiting the Ngorongoro Conservation Area & Crater and drive to Kilimanjaro international airport for flight back home.

Note: Day 05 is the last day of our tour program, the time taken for the activities (game viewing, lunch break and last game drive) will be done under the consideration of your flights schedule or client’s private schedule.

The Safari Cost includes;

• Park entry charges and concession charges.
• Conservation entry charges and crater entry fee.
• A 4×4 land cruiser with pop up roof, fridge and radio
• Accommodation upon arrival (bed and breakfast) and during safari (full board)
• English Speaking and well experienced Driver/Guide.
• All meals and mineral water during safari.
• Government taxes

Safari Cost Excludes;

• Tipping for your driver/guide, as gratitude towards the best service he has provided. The recommended is approximately USD$30, per day so as to motivate the guide knowing that his art is noticed. The tip will motivate the guide and even making him add spice on the safari, making the safari experience memorable. The amount is divided between everyone (clients) in the safari cruiser.
